Card and bank details are collected by Stripe or Razorpay and do not reach our servers.

Service providers

We share only the information needed for hosting, analytics, email delivery, authentication, and payment processing. PostHog processes usage analytics and masked session recordings. When you are signed in, that activity may be linked to your account ID, email address, and name. Crisp carries the support chat, and a signed-in conversation is tagged with your email address and name so we can reply by mail. Stripe, Razorpay, Google, PostHog, and Crisp handle information under their own privacy terms.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. You may ask to access, correct, or delete account data by emailing [email protected]. Some transaction records must be retained after an account closes.
