Shipping and delivery

Nothing ships

There is no physical product, so there is no postage, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address. No shipping charge is ever added at checkout.

When access opens

As soon as the payment provider confirms the charge, usually within a few seconds. Access is attached to the account that paid, and the exam opens the next time that account loads the page.

A bank occasionally holds a confirmation for longer. If an exam is still locked after thirty minutes, write to [email protected] with the account email and the provider receipt and we will open it by hand.

How long it lasts

One month per exam from the day of purchase. A subscription runs for the period it is paid for and renews until cancelled from the billing portal in your account.

Where it works

Anywhere with a browser and a connection. There are no regional restrictions and nothing to install.

Problems
