Refund policy
This policy covers one-time exam purchases and recurring subscriptions. Effective 20 August 2026.
One-time exam purchases
Contact [email protected] within seven days if you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or could not receive the access shown at checkout. Include the account email and provider receipt. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Subscriptions
Cancel renewal from the Stripe billing portal in your account. Access continues through the paid period. Subscription charges already processed are generally final, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, service access failures, or rights provided by local law.
Practice outcomes
Certification results and practice scores do not determine refund eligibility. The service provides study material and practice assessments.
Processing
We normally review a complete request within five business days. A provider or bank may need additional time to post an approved return.
